I never would have thought clothespins could be a staple in my craft room for anything other than holding together projects while I waited for the glue to dry. Happily I am a clothes pin convert! These versatile clothespins go from helpful to decorative to decorative and helpful! This isn’t my first foray into making things with clothespins. You might remember these fun wreaths we did for Christmas on my crazy birthday adventure.
The time for Christmas has passed and we’re fully involved in 2021 Valentine’s Day crafting in the coop. I started my clothespin adventures by using Modge Podge to add paper to a lot of clothespins! This process involves a lot of waiting and a lot of gluing my fingers together.

Some of my clothespins were destined to be magnets. I attached magnetic strips to the backs of the clothespins and then added hearts and letters to the front to spell “LOVE.” These embellishments were done with my big shot and my sadly retired Large Letters and Sweet and Sassy framelit dies from Stampin’ Up. We could spell anything in clothespins so if you’ve got a custom desire – we love custom orders!

Many of the clothespins were destined to become this one of a kind wreath instead. I found some fun tulle with snow like white embellishment that complemented the paper on my clothespins.

These are all headed to the Perfectly Imperfect Gift Shoppe where some of our items are showcased for sale.
